This policy explains what information Discover LoveWorld collects, why, and how it's handled. We keep it short and honest.

What we collect

• Your KingsChat profile — when you sign in, we receive your KingsChat ID, display name, avatar, and email address if your profile provides one.
• Details you add — delivery addresses, an email address for notifications (optional), and anything you write in reviews, disputes, or support messages.
• Order and wallet activity — your orders, Espees transactions on the platform, and merchant activity if you sell.
• Technical basics — a session cookie to keep you signed in, and standard server logs for security.

How we use it

To run the marketplace: processing orders, holding and releasing escrow, sending the notifications you've enabled (in-app and by email), resolving disputes, preventing fraud and abuse, and improving the platform. That's it.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your personal information to anyone.
• We don't show third-party advertising.
• We don't email you outside the notification categories you control on your notifications page.

Who we share with

Only what's necessary to operate: the Espees payment service processes wallet top-ups and payments; merchants see the delivery details needed to fulfil your order; and our infrastructure providers (hosting, content delivery, email) process data on our behalf. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

Retention and your choices

Order and transaction records are kept as required for the integrity of the marketplace. You can update your email and notification preferences at any time, and you can contact us via the support centre to ask about or request removal of your personal information.

Changes

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we'll say so on the platform. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
